Croeso i aelodau newydd Field Days Organic sy'n fenter gymdeithasol arddwriaethol i bobl ag anableddau dysgu sydd wedi'u lleoli ar Fferm Ymddiriedolaeth Amelia ym Mro Morgannwg. Mae'r fenter wedi'i chofrestru'n organig gyda Chymdeithas y Pridd ac mae'n darparu ystod o gyfleusterau i sicrhau rhaglen o weithgareddau gydol y flwyddyn i'r bobl y maent yn eu cefnogi.

Welcome to new members Field Days Organic which is a horticultural social enterprise for people with learning disabilities based at the Amelia Trust Farm in the Vale of Glamorgan. The enterprise is registered organic with the Soil Association and provides a range of facilities to ensure an all year programme of activities for the people they support.

Amcan yr ymddiriedolaeth Scops Arts Trust yw helpu pobl i ddeall, cyfranogi a mwynhau'r celfyddydau, yn enwedig y celfyddydau perfformiadol. Rydym yn awyddus i ddod o hyd i brosiectau sy'n ehangu mynediad ac sy'n cael effaith ddiwylliannol barhaol ar y gymuned.

The goal of Scops Arts Trust is to help people to understand, participate in and enjoy the arts, particularly the performing arts. We are keen to find projects which widen access and have a lasting cultural impact on the community.

Bydd prif gynllun Grant Sefydliad Foyle yn cefnogi prosiectau sy'n hwyluso'r broses o gaffael gwybodaeth a dysgu, ac sy'n cael effaith strategol hirdymor. Mae'r meysydd allweddol i'w cefnogi yn cynnwys; anghenion addysgol arbennig; prosiectau sy'n annog cynaliadwyedd drwy leihau gorbenion neu sy'n helpu i gynhyrchu refeniw ychwanegol; prosiectau a gweithgareddau sy'n cynyddu mynediad ac yn ehangu amrywiaeth y mynychwyr/ymwelwyr.

The Foyle Foundation Main Grant scheme will support projects which facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and learning and which have a long-term strategic impact. Key areas for support include; special educational needs; projects that encourage sustainability by reducing overheads or which help generate additional revenue; projects and activities which increase access and widen the diversity of attenders/visitors.

Mae'r sefydliad Morrisons Foundation yn dyfarnu cyllid grant ar gyfer prosiectau elusennol sy'n gwneud gwahaniaeth cadarnhaol mewn cymunedau lleol. Mae'r prif grantiau ar gael i ariannu prosiectau'n llawn hyd at £25,000.

The Morrisons Foundation awards grant funding for charity projects which make a positive difference in local communities. In the main grants are available to fully fund projects up to £25,000.

Bydd Cronfa Tyfu Busnesau Cymdeithasol (SBGF) yn rhoi cymorth ariannol I fusnesau cymdeithasol yng Nghymru I’w galluogi i dyfu a chreu cyfleoedd am waith. Fe’i hariennir yn rhannol gan Gronfa Datblygu Rhanbarthol Ewrop a Llywodraeth Cymru ac mae’n ychwanegu at y dewis o fuddsoddiadau a weinyddir gan Buddsoddiad Cymdeithasol Cymru. Mae amser yn brin i wneud cais.

The Social Business Growth Fund (SBGF) supports social businesses in Wales financially to enable them to grow and create job opportunities. SBGF is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Welsh Government and is added to the suite of investments administered by Social Investment Cymru. Time to apply is running out.
