Mae Amplifying Accessibility yn cefnogi gweithwyr cerddoriaeth anabl yng Nghymru i ymgysylltu â gyrfaoedd sy’n hygyrch iddyn nhw.

Amplifying Accessibility supports Disabled music workers in Wales to engage in careers made accessible to them.

Mae rhai o’r gwaith y maent yn ei wneud yn cynnwys:

  1. Darparu gweithgareddau, prosiectau a mentrau sy’n cynyddu sgiliau cyflogadwyedd gweithwyr cerddoriaeth anabl yng Nghymru.

  2. Dylunio a hwyluso hyfforddiant a chwnsela sy’n canolbwyntio ar hygyrchedd i sefydliadau celfyddydau ledled y DU.

  3. Eirioli ar ran anghenion gweithwyr cerddoriaeth anabl yng Nghymru ar fyrddau rhyngwladol ac mewn cynadleddau sy’n benodol i’r sector.

Some of the work they do includes:

  1. Delivering activities, projects and initiatives that increase the employability skills of Disabled music workers in Wales.

  2. Designing and facilitating accessibility‑focused training and consultancy for arts‑based organisations across the UK.

  3. Advocating on behalf of the needs of Disabled music workers in Wales on international boards and at sector‑specific conferences.

"Ein prif ganolfan yw yng Nghaerdydd, ond mae ein prosiectau a’n tîm yn ymestyn ar draws Cymru gyfan".
"Our main hub is in Cardiff, but our projects and team span across the whole of Wales".

"Rydyn ni’n bodoli i wneud hygyrchedd yn safon, nid yn foethusrwydd. Wedi’i sefydlu ac wedi’i arwain gan dîm sy’n gyfan gwbl o bobl anabl, mae ein gwaith yn dangos bod hygyrchedd yn hanfodol i adeiladu ecosystemau cerddoriaeth cryfach yng Nghymru".
"We exist to make accessibility a standard, not a luxury. Founded and led by an all Disabled team, our work shows that access is essential to building stronger music ecosystems in Wales".
"Mae ein prosiectau’n cael eu datblygu drwy ymgynghoriadau parhaus â rhanddeiliaid yng Nghymru ac ymateb i’r hyn maen nhw ei eisiau a’i angen. Mae hyn wedi golygu ein bod wedi datblygu popeth o ddigwyddiadau rhwydweithio i rave techno cynhwysol".
"Our projects are developed by continuous consultations with stakeholders in Wales and responding to what they want and need. This means we’ve developed everything from networking events to inclusive techno raves".

"Yn aml mae gan ein defnyddwyr wasanaeth angerdd dros gerddoriaeth ond dim syniad sut i wneud eu dyheadau gyrfaol yn bosibl. Rydyn ni wedi creu gofod diogel i bobl gyrraedd eu potensial llawn, perfformio, gwneud cysylltiadau newydd, symud ymlaen i hunangyflogaeth ac yn llawer mwy".
"Often our service users have a passion for music but no idea how to make their career aspirations possible. We’ve created a safe space for people to reach their full potential, perform, make new connections, progress into self employment and much more".
"Eleni rydym wedi sefydlu ein prosiect partneriaeth cyntaf rhwng Cymru a’r Alban. Wedi’i arwain gan dîm sy’n 95% o bobl anabl, bydd y prosiect hwn yn cysylltu gweithwyr anabl ar draws y ddwy genedl fel y gallant barhau i ddatblygu cysylltiadau proffesiynol newydd".
"This year we have set up our first Wales-Scotland partnership project. Led by a 95% Disabled team, this project will connect Disabled workers across the two nations so that they can continue developing new, professional connections".

"Nesaf, rydym yn edrych ar sut y gallwn ddatblygu gwasanaethau sy’n cefnogi lleoliadau cerddoriaeth nad oes ganddynt yr adnoddau i ymgysylltu ag hygyrchedd. Rydym hefyd yn cymryd y camau nesaf tuag at ddod yn CIC, fel bod gennym y gallu i gefnogi mwy o bobl anabl anhygoel ledled Cymru i gyflawni eu nodau gyrfaol".
"Next, we are looking at how we can develop services that support music venues without the resources to engage in access. We are also taking the next steps to progressing to a CIC, so that we have the capacity to support more incredible Disabled people across Wales to achieve their career goals".
