Mae Barod yn cyflogi cymysgedd cyfartal o bobl anabl a phobl nad sydd yn anabl, ac yn arbenigo mewn pontio'r bwlch rhwng sefydliadau yn y sector gyhoeddus a'r sector breifat. Cadwch lygad barcud am ddigwyddiadau arbennig i ddathlu yn ystod 2023.

Happy birthday to Barod CIC who is 10 years old. Grown out of the People First movement within Wales, Barod who employ an equal mix of disabled and non disabled people, specialise in bridging the gap between public and private sector organisations. Look out for special events in 2023 to celebrate.

The Principality Building Society’s Future Generations Fund will support third sector and community organisations across Wales to help/encourage young people to:

get access to healthy food and other essential items including clothes, stationery and technology.
build financial resilience for life’s uncertainties
prepare for the future and world of work (including building skills)
live sustainably and being involved in protecting our natural environment
get the mental health support they need

Offeryn newydd a syml y gall elusennau, mentrau cymdeithasol a busnesau egin effeithiol gael mynediad ato drwy borwr gwe yw ProBono Alert, ategyn sydd yn eich hysbysu chi'n awtomatig pan fydd y prosiectau ble mae angen help arnoch chi ar gael.

ProBono Alert is a new and simple tool that charities, social enterprises and impact start-ups can access via your web browser. It’s a plugin that automatically tells you when projects that you need help with are available.

Mae gan ICO ganllaw byr a fydd yn eich helpu i benderfynu a yw monitro gweithwyr yn iawn i'ch busnes chi. Bydd hefyd yn dangos sut y gallwch ei wneud mewn ffordd sy'n parchu eich staff ac yn cydymffurfio â'r gyfraith diogelu data.
