Grantiau o hyd at £50,000 ar gael i elusennau bach a lleol sydd â hanes blaenorol o helpu pobl ar daith o newid cadarnhaol drwy gymorth manwl, cyfannol sy'n canolbwyntio ar yr unigolyn. Maent yn cynnig cyllid anghyfyngedig gan gynnwys costau craidd a chymorth datblygu wedi'i deilwra i helpu eich elusen i fod yn fwy effeithiol. Dyddiad cau 29ain Gorffennaf 2022

Grants of up £50,000 available to small and local charities with a proven track record of helping people on a journey of positive change through in-depth, holistic and person-centred support. They offer unrestricted funding including core costs and tailored development support to help your charity be more effective. Deadline 29th July 2022.
