People across Wales will have the chance to become owners of at-risk local pubs, theatres, post offices, sports grounds, post office buildings and corner shops with the launch of the UK Government’s Community Ownership Fund (COF) Round 4. Round 4 Window 1 is open and will close on 10 April 2024, you can submit an expression of interest now.
