Maent yn chwilio am brosiectau sy'n canolbwyntio ar y cysylltiad rhwng natur a hinsawdd ac sy'n dod â manteision cymdeithasol ac economaidd pwysig eraill megis creu cymunedau cryf, gwydn ac iach neu ddatblygiad sgiliau a swyddi 'gwyrdd'.

Climate Action Fund
This fund aims to help communities across the UK to address climate change. They are looking for projects that focus on the link between nature and climate and bring other important social and economic benefits such as the creation of strong, resilient and healthy communities or the development of ‘green’ skills and jobs.

Mae Leonard Cheshire yn cynnal gweithdai yn rhad ac am ddim ledled Cymru; a bydd yn dod i Aberystwyth a Machynlleth ym mis Chwefror a mis Mawrth. Gweler isod am y wybodaeth:

My Voice, My Choice is as programme which is designed to support individuals with disabilities, or those who support them to campaign and advocate, to be able to make a difference within their local community. Leonard Cheshire run free workshops across Wales and will be coming to Aberystwyth and Machynlleth in February and March.
