As a supporter and friend of Social Firms Wales I would be very grateful if you would complete and/ or share our survey amongst friends, colleagues and your wider networks. The purpose of the survey is to gain the feedback of entrepreneurs (or budding entrepreneurs) that are disabled, neurodivergent or have other barriers to participation and employment.

Self-Employment can present and empowering opportunity for disabled people to create their own flexible work solution, yet we are aware that there is limited support for disabled people to achieve this, and to gain the confidence and encouragement they might need to pursue setting up their own business.

The completion of the survey by disabled and neurodivergent people will help us to get a sense of the demand for such as service, and create a case for support.
